Stephanie Beall
Head Coach
Coach Stephanie “Kramer” Beall currently serves as the Head Coach for the San Diego Parceiro Ladies and as an Assistant Coach for the San Diego Mesa College Women’s Soccer team.
Before returning to her hometown of San Diego in 2019, Coach Beall gained extensive collegiate coaching experience. She served as an Assistant Coach for the Idaho State University Women’s Soccer (Division I) program during the 2010–2013 and 2018 seasons, and as an Assistant Coach at San Diego Mesa College from 2015–2017.
As a player, Coach Beall was a standout goalkeeper at the University of San Francisco (USF) from 2000–2004. She compiled a 21–6 career record with 13 shutouts, captained the team as a senior, and earned the Green and Gold Club Loyalty Award for leadership and dedication. After college, she continued her playing career professionally in the WPSL with the San Francisco Nighthawks.
Coach Beall holds a Master of Science in Leadership, Recreation, and Physical Activity from the University of Idaho (2010) and a Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sport Science from USF (2004). She also holds a U.S. Soccer Federation National “C” License and an NSCAA National Diploma.
Melissa Warner
Assistant Coach
Coach Melissa Warner joined the San Diego Parceiro Ladies as an Assistant Coach, bringing a wealth of playing, coaching, and leadership experience to the program. She also serves as the Head Coach for the San Diego Mesa College Women’s Soccer team, where she was named 2021 PCAC Coach of the Year after leading her team to a Conference Championship and postseason appearance.
As a player, Coach Warner was a standout goalkeeper at Occidental College from 2004–2008, earning NSCAA All-Conference, NSCAA All-Far West, and All-League (SCIAC) honors throughout her collegiate career. She captained the team, earned Team MVP, and is also a proud soccer alumna of University City High School in San Diego.
Beyond coaching, Coach Warner is the founder of Warner Athletics, where she manages and trains athletes with a unique emphasis on both performance and mindset. Holding two Master’s degrees — one in Health, Physical Education & Coaching and another in Psychology — she recognized the need to develop the mental performance of youth players alongside their technical and tactical growth. Central to her coaching philosophy is helping players build confidence by combining skill development with a strong mindset curriculum, empowering them to become unstoppable both on and off the pitch.
